Yesterday we booked a speedboat trip to see Phi Phi Leh, but we are not allowed to visit Maya Bay. Since June ‘18 the rules had changed for the tourism here; all the island were closed since recently to try to restore and save the coral living nearby, now people may seal to the island but may not visit the famous beach. Maya Bay is closed indefinitely to allow it to recover from the damage caused by millions of tourists.

However we are allowed to visit some beautiful beaches
